What will you do?
Ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and arrangement of the company’s buildings, infrastructure, and equipment to provide functional, clean, and safe spaces.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and arrangement of buildings and facilities.
- Coordinate technical interventions with suppliers and service providers.
- Manage general resources: inventory, maintenance, and replacement of equipment.
- Supervise maintenance activities and interventions.
- Ensure the availability of hygiene products (soap, sanitizer, paper, etc.).
- Carry out certain purchases according to the instructions of the General Services Manager.
- Prepare reports in case of incidents, losses, damages, or wear and tear.
Profile
- Minimum education: High school
- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and/or manual handling
- Holder of A and B driving licenses
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of safe handling techniques and work postures for maintenance and facility upkeep
- Versatility and technical skills in DIY/handyman tasks (electricity, plumbing, etc.)
- Fluency in French
