Responsibilities
- Implementation, Administration, and Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain the various components of the company's IT infrastructure (equipment, routers, switches, firewalls, access points, cabling, cloud, etc.).
- Perform updates, version upgrades, backup monitoring, and other critical operations.
- Manage infrastructure monitoring, event logging, and event handling.
- Implement new hardware and software architectures, ensuring their performance and availability.
- Handle technical communications with service providers.
- Technical Support and Incident Management:
- Provide technical assistance to users and IT teams in the event of issues or system overloads.
- Diagnose network incidents, propose, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage access rights and follow up on incidents with external providers.
- Security and Compliance:
- Report security breaches and enforce the company’s IT security policy.
- Ensure network components comply with current regulations (GDPR, ISO, SOC 2, etc.).
- Contribute to governance processes: access management, traceability, documentation, audit readiness.
- Technology Watch and Documentation
- Maintain continuous technology watch to anticipate future needs and innovations
- Document technical procedures, configurations, incidents, and project developments.
- Propose improvements and optimization processes across the entire IT system
Profile
- Education & Degrees:
- Master's degree in computing, networks and telecommunications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in configuring and administering network infrastructure (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VLANs, Applications, Cloud, etc.)
- Knowledge of system infrastructure administration (Operating Systems, EDR, etc.)
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT equipment and user workstations
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell scripts, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Understanding of the company’s business environment (industry, clients, etc.)
- Proficient in technical English
