What will you do?
Anticipate recruitment needs, implement established procedures, leverage appropriate channels (job postings, headhunting, events, etc.) to identify top talent, promote the employer brand, and ensure reporting and activity tracking
Responsibilities
- Implementation of the recruitment process (internal and external): Support departments, write and publish job ads, pre-screen and assess candidates, organize tests and interviews, check references, recruit suitable profiles, and ensure reporting.
- Talent Pool Building: Anticipate needs in collaboration with departments, monitor the job market, implement the selection process, maintain relationships with talent, and participate in recruitment events.
- Onboarding: Organize the onboarding process with the relevant department and support the new hire during their initial steps.
- Administrative Management: Compile the individual file of the new hire and update HR databases.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources Management or Work Psychology.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position (beginners accepted if they show strong potential)
- Proficient in communication and information tools.
- Excellent skills in written and spoken French and English.
- Ease in interpersonal communication and written expression. Strong communication and writing skills.
- Objectivity with regard to candidates.
- Active listening, keen observation, and emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivation and proactive approach.
