What will you do?
To support the production team in achieving quantitative and qualitative targets, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and provide appropriate training when necessary to enhance operator's skills.
Responsibilities
- Organize and run initial and ongoing training and coaching sessions
- Update training materials and ensure their relevance.
- Implement personalized action plans to strengthen individual and collective skills.
- Receive and analyze quality feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure smooth transmission of instructions and updates from the customer.
- Report difficulties encountered by teams to line management and propose appropriate solutions.
- Make suggestions to optimize processes and improve productivity.
- Supervise and support agents in achieving their individual and collective objectives.
Profile
- Niveau Bac minimum
- Niveau de qualification requis : N2 minimum
- Comfortable with IT tools (Workspace, office pack)
- Writing skills and ability to summarize
- Mastery of the French and English languages (Level B2)
- Active listening skills, availability and good interpersonal skills
- Sense of organization and rigor
- Autonomy, taking initiative and making proposals
