What will you do?
Under the supervision of the Administrative and Accounting Manager, you will monitor day-to-day accounting operations (purchases, expenses, suppliers), participate in monthly and fiscal closings, and ensure that files and supporting documents are properly maintained.
You will also collaborate with the group's Finance team based in Mauritius.
Responsibilities
- Daily entry of accounting records
- Tracking purchases, expenditure and supplier transactions
- Bank reconciliations and closing preparations
- Assistance with tax returns and audits
- Fixed asset management and accounting archiving
- Compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures

Filing and archiving physical accounting documents
- AAM support for any other tasks requested by the company's management,

Assisting in the preparation of the company’s financial statements
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Management
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting
- Good command of office tools (Google Workspace)
- Knowledge of Odoo or Sage is an asset.
- Rigour, organisational skills and analytical mind
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills & problem-solving Attention
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
