What will you do?
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee all production activities: you will ensure quality, meet deadlines, optimise resources and guarantee customer satisfaction, while supervising your teams and providing operational and strategic monitoring of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure continuity of production: Guarantee quality, deadlines, volumes, and profitability through precise monitoring and rapid corrective action
- Manage and optimize teams: Lead, motivate, and develop talent to achieve objectives and maintain a positive work environment
- Improve processes and operational efficiency: Identify, implement, and anticipate solutions to optimize performance and quality
- Enforce security and data protection rules: Ensure compliance and information security at all times
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing teams in a demanding environment.
- Good knowledge of production processes and performance optimization methods.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize and develop teams.
- Proficiency in monitoring, reporting, and information systems tools.
- Results-oriented, client-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Organized, responsive, analytical, and an effective communicator.
