What will you do?
As Director of Operations, you will steer the strategy and smooth running of the company's production activities. You supervise teams, optimize processes and guarantee the quality, deadlines and costs of deliverables. Your role is key to achieving customer objectives and SmartOne's overall performance. You are also a driving force in operational innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational performance
- Supervise all production activities at several sites.
- Guarantee delivery of projects in line with customer commitments: quality, deadlines, volumes and costs.
- Build and manage performance monitoring dashboards (KPIs, SLAs).
- Analyze production data and implement areas for improvement.
- Ensure smooth communication with the customers, between production teams and other departments.
- Manage production teams
- Support teams in their development, structuring and commitment.
- Organize succession plans and identify key talent.
- Create synergies between teams to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Optimize processes and anticipate change

- Implement high-performance tools and information systems.
- Keep abreast of technological and competitive developments to remain at the cutting edge of industry practices. Identify and activate optimization levers (human, material, technical).

- Ensuring compliance and information security
- Applying information security rules
- Working with the CISO to update policies and procedures
- Participating in compliance projects (e.g. ISO 27001)

Passing on key information to Management
Profile
- Bac+5 in Logistics, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing production teams, ideally in a BPO or data processing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of BPO operations and IA data processing.
- Mastery of production, reporting and information systems tools
- Experience in budget management and performance management.
- Fluent French and English (C1 level required).
- Strong leadership, results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Rigor, agility, analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
