Responsibilities
- Transform HR Practices
- Continue supporting HR administration officers in their transition to HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles.
- Implement HR policies while adapting them to the needs of the teams.
- Support HR teams in developing their skills and guide them through the change in HR tools usage.
- Continue implementing initiatives with a strong customer satisfaction focus to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
- Ensure HR Compliance
- Ensure the application of labor laws and social regulations.
- Contribute to SOC 2, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 certifications.
- Optimize Talent Management
- Anticipate the skill needs of business teams.
- Oversee recruitment and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new talents.
- Optimize payroll management while aligning with operational needs.
- Master the Odoo HR ERP
- Continue adoption and adjustments of the Odoo HR ERP system to fully leverage its capabilities.
- Ensure optimal use of the tool.
- Lead Internal Communication
- Establish clear and engaging communication with employees.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Labor Law.
- At least 5 years of generalist HR experience, including 3 years in a management role.
- Strong command of HR regulations and labor law.
- Familiarity with Odoo HR ERP or a similar system is preferred.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Natural leadership, adaptability, and a strong solution-oriented mindset.
