What will you do?
The Stage Manager is responsible for the management and leadership of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that the necessary schedules, resources and monitoring systems are in place to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives, while providing a dynamic and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Setting up the necessary schedules, resources and monitoring systems.
- Manage and support a multi-disciplinary team to achieve collective and individual objectives.
- Rigorously monitoring performance and proposing areas for improvement.
- Coordinating the resources available (HR, equipment, tools) to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Acting as a relay between the various departments and ensuring smooth communication.
- Leading and motivating teams to maintain a strong team spirit and a positive corporate culture.
- Participating in the recruitment and skills development of employees.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and information security rules.
Profile
- 2 years' higher education in management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in management or team management.
- Niveau de qualification requis : N3 minimum
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Internet) and good command of French and English.
- Strong ability to lead a team, motivate and support them in achieving their objectives
- Aptitude à travailler en horaire décalé
- Excellent stress management, organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to analyse, propose solutions and adapt to constantly changing environments.
