What will you do?
A strategic position to oversee accounting, financial and administrative operations, ensure process reliability, lead the local team, and maintain smooth coordination with management.
Responsibilities
- Strict supervision of accounting tasks, monthly and annual closings, and the quality of accounting records.
- Coordination with the head office finance team, chairing meetings, monitoring entries and communicating with external parties.
- Supervision of all payments (salaries, suppliers, taxes), cash flow management, bank balance control, cash flow forecasting, monitoring payment schedules, currency conversions, and implementation of internal control procedures.
Managing relationships with local banks. - Verification of tax compliance (VAT, income tax), ensuring timely payments, coordination with tax advisors, proper filing and archiving of supporting documents, managing VAT credits and follow-up of tax obligations related to free zone status.
- Strengthening of internal control procedures, follow-up and implementation of audit recommendations, and development of an action plan for improvements.
- Management of local administrative obligations (insurance, contracts, compliance) and monitoring of supplier agreements and commitments.
- Supervision of the local team (accounting and procurement), task allocation, monitoring deliverables and deadlines, and conducting performance evaluations in coordination with the finance leadership.
- Participation in key projects such as the implementation of the finance ERP system, digitalization of fixed assets, and improvement of inventory management.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Significant experience (minimum 5–7 years) in accounting, including at least 3 years in team supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Demander à ChatGPT
- Precision, autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
- Proficiency in at least two accounting software programs
