What will you do?
Ensure the quality and compliance of the management system through well-maintained documentation and by monitoring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2 Type II standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the drafting, formalization, and updating of all procedures, instructions, and records for the management system.

Verify and maintain that all documentation meets the requirements of ISO standards and critical regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2)
- Plan and conduct necessary internal controls (document reviews, ad-hoc compliance audits) to verify the application of rules.
- Actively participate in the diffusion, awareness, and internal training of staff on procedures and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and support the company during internal and external certification or compliance audits.
- Monitor corrective and preventive action plans related to compliance gaps, and propose continuous improvements to the documentation system and processes.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 equivalent) in Management, Risk and Compliance, Law, Auditing, or other related field
- Knowledge of ISO, GDPR, or SOC standards is a strong asset
- Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace; Microsoft Office)
- French (C1 level); English (B2 level)
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, analytical and synthesis abilities
- Excellent writing skills
