What will you do?
Lead the analysis of customer needs, design appropriate solutions and supervise their implementation, from the pilot phase through to deployment. Coordinate teams, ensure transition to production and stakeholder alignment. Provide inspirational leadership and drive continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and validation of POCs: Analyze needs, test solutions with customers and draw up a clear report with suggestions for improvement.
- Pilot project management: Plan and monitor pilot phases, anticipate risks and measure results before deployment.
- Customer communication: Ensure customer relations, present results and liaise between customers and internal teams during the POC and pilot phases.
- Internal coordination: working with internal teams, ensuring good communication and compliance with processes to achieve common goals.
- Supervision of project teams: Support project managers, monitor project progress and train teams in the necessary tools and methods.
- Monitoring production roll-outs: Ensuring optimal deployment in production, documenting processes and gathering feedback to improve future transitions.
- Leadership: Organize and supervise a team of 10 people, allocate tasks and manage priorities. Monitor performance via KPIs. Identify talents, value contributions and support skills development through training and coaching.
