What will you do?
Handle errands and transport visitors, while providing support for the maintenance, upkeep, and arrangement of the company’s buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the company vehicle for business-related trips.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities (electricity, safety, layout, etc.).
- Manage transport requests and assist in supervising maintenance activities.
- Plan routes efficiently and effectively.
- Carry out certain purchases according to the instructions of the General Services Manager.
- Prepare reports on incidents (losses, damages, wear and tear, etc.).
Profile
- Category A/B driving license held for at least 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver.
- Route optimization and strong knowledge of city itineraries.
- Good command of road safety rules.
- Good presentation and speaking skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics.
- Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace).
- Fluent in French, basic knowledge of English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
- Helpful, discreet, and punctual.
- High availability (nights, weekends, and public holidays).
