What will you do?
Participation in personnel administration and payroll management activities, including preparing payroll elements, monitoring administrative files, and supporting routine HR tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of letters and administrative documents to employees and follow up on GLPI tickets (certificates, administrative requests).
- Manage OSTIE and CNAPS declarations related to hires and terminations, and apply the OSTIE stamp on the corresponding documents.
- Track working hours, detect anomalies, and coordinate with managers for adjustments.
- Prepare, format, and distribute pay slips, then ensure their proper filing.
- Organize and file personnel records, both physical and digital.
