What will you do?
As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you are responsible for the security of the company's information systems: implementing and monitoring the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with applicable standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27001.
Responsibilities
- Oversee information security governance (PSSI, SMSI, ISO/IEC 27001) and provide reports to senior management.
- Conduct risk analysis; identify, assess, and address risks related to information security; and monitor the associated action plans
- Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, clients), assist with audits, and oversee corrective actions.
- Oversee security controls (organizational, technical, and physical), ensure the security of projects and production rollouts, and manage access and authorizations.
- Manage the security incident handling process, coordinate the response to major incidents, and oversee corrective actions.
- Raise awareness and train employees on information security, and promote a culture of security within the organization.
- Serve as the point of contact for security matters with clients, partners, and authorities, and coordinate with IT, Quality, Legal, HR, and business units.
- Exercise functional authority over information security, with the right to report directly to management, and ensure the effectiveness of the ISMS.
Profile
- Master's degree (Level 2) in computer science, information systems security, or risk management.
- Significant experience in information systems security or compliance, ideally gained in a certified environment (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2).
- Strong skills in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), data protection (GDPR), as well as incident management and identity and access management
- Proven expertise in systems, network, and cloud administration; scripting and automation; as well as access management, incident management, and infrastructure security.
