What will you do?
Contribute to the design and deployment of HR practices at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- HRBP Division:
- Oversee support to operational departments in payroll administration and personnel management (ERP, offboarding, social declarations, etc.), and provide HR advisory services.
- Develop dashboards to monitor the activity of the HRBP division (absenteeism, compensation, leave, training, time savings account, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and legal obligations regarding social protection and health (Labor Code, collective agreements, internal regulations).
- Implement annual performance reviews.
- Coordinate the update of the HR procedures manual and ensure its proper implementation in personnel administration and payroll processes.
- Coordinate payroll processes and ensure their proper execution to guarantee payroll accuracy.
- Control payroll.
- Represent SMO to banks, labor-related institutions, CNAPS, OSTIE, MCI.
- Provide HR support and advice to managers and operational teams.:
- Define and ensure the application of HR procedures by operational teams.
- Coordinate HRBPs’ activities within their respective scopes and support their skill development, encouraging a "service mindset."
- Ensure the maintenance of a positive social climate.
- HR Projects and Policy Implementation:
- Implement and manage HR projects and policies in line with defined strategies
- Contribute to HR budget preparation.
- Establish HR monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., absenteeism, compensation, leave, etc.).
- Participate in HR diagnostics.
- Lead and monitor actions to ensure compliance with SOC, ISO, QMS standards, etc. .
Profile
- Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5 or higher)
- Background in Human Resources Management and Labor Law
- Proficient user of Odoo HR
- Expertise in Payroll Management
- Strong knowledge of Labor Code and Social Security Code (CPS), and their application
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Proficient with basic IT tools and internet usage
- Solid management experience
- Proven interest in HR with a dynamic, evolving approach and strong service orientation
- Proactive leader with the ability to assert oneself
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
