What will you do?
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Operational Activity Manager (ROA) steers projects, stabilizes production plans, guarantees quality and continuity of activity, coordinates teams, monitors deadlines and draws up performance indicators, while fostering a calm and constructive social dialogue and reporting daily to the customer referent.
Responsibilities
- Implement corporate strategy at operational level: adapt and implement strategic directives in day-to-day operations.
- Customer satisfaction: guaranteeing compliance with commitments in terms of quality and deadlines.
- Ensure continuity of production: ensure maintenance and availability of necessary resources.
- Provide constant managerial support to his supervisory team.

Profile
- University degree BAC + 4 in Management, Logistics, Management or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in team management
- Ability to develop an organization
- A strong proposition
