What will you do?
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Operational Activity Manager (ROA) steers projects, stabilizes production plans, guarantees quality and continuity of activity, coordinates teams, monitors deadlines and draws up performance indicators, while fostering a calm and constructive social dialogue and reporting daily to the customer referent.
Responsibilities
- Implement corporate strategy at operational level: adapt and implement strategic directives in day-to-day operations.
- Manage projects with rigorous organization, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Manage and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve collective and individual objectives.
- Analyze performance, propose optimizations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop employee skills in collaboration with HR (assessment, training, skills upgrading).
- Ensure smooth communication, relevant reporting and compliance with internal procedures.
- Manage daily interactions with English-speaking contacts in a demanding professional environment.
Profile
- University degree BAC + 4 in Management, Logistics, Management or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in team management
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (fluency in both languages is imperative).
