What will you do?
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a central role in customer relations: you will make calls, send emails and messages to inform, advise and suggest appointments.
Responsibilities
- Calling prospects to maintain a commercial relationship.
- To be available to prospects for any assistance they may need in using the company's service or product.
- Provide information to prospective customers in the form of sales proposals
Profile
- Baccalaureate diploma
- At least 6 months' proven experience in a call center (outgoing calls and/or making appointments)
- Proficiency in IT tools
- French language (Level C1)
- English language (Level B2)
- Effective communication (clear, fluent and confident)
- Commercial negotiation skills
- Persuasiveness and perseverance
