What will you do?
As the company’s top ambassador, you turn our database into concrete opportunities through targeted and effective cold calling. You identify key decision-makers and kick off the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads by enriching key information
- Implement an effective cold-calling campaign to generate sales appointments
- Manage follow-ups (calls and emails) to maintain conversion momentum
- Ensure the reliability of the CRM (Pipedrive) by maintaining strict data updates
- Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales teams
Profile
- Baccalaureat diploma, with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in CRM, data entry and validation, tracking KPIs, and creating reports in Excel
- Fluent in French (C1/C2), proficient in English (B2/C1), ability to present arguments, address objections, and close deals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and strong persuasive abilities
- effective time and task management, collaboration using digital tools, respect for confidentiality, stress resilience, self-control, and punctuality
