What will you do?

Installation, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and software, with extended technical assistance for non-IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Management, Installation, and Maintenance of IT Equipment:
  • Setup and maintenance of workstations
  • Inventory tracking of all workstations
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software-related technical issues
  • Management, Installation, and Maintenance of Software:
  • Installation, uninstallation, and reinstallation of software
  • Software configuration and customization
  • User Support and Technical Assistance:
  • Listening to users and identifying technical issues
  • Proposing and implementing effective solutions
  • Escalating issues to Internet providers in case of connectivity failures
  • General Technical Assistance Beyond IT:
  • Implementing procedures in the event of power outages

Profile

  • Minimum Bac+2 in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent (with a focus on IT System Maintenance or System and Network Administration)
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows (WS 2008/2012/2016, Windows 10/7) and Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, OpenSUSE)
  • Knowledge of IT systems (installation, Active Directory)
  • Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, ICMP, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi, etc.)
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, CACTI, etc.)
