What will you do?
The mission aims to contribute to employee training and development activities by supporting the team in its daily projects and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare training schedules and share them with internal clients.
- Send training registrations and monitor attendance.
- Extract data, create and update training evaluation and tracking tools.
- Record training activities and attendance for both internal and external sessions.
- Monitor and manage FMFP files.
- Establish contact with external training providers and partners, and ensure follow-up.
- Prepare the rooms and necessary equipment.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of supplies.
Profile
- Bac+3 level
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- French – B2 ; English – B2
- Autonomy, organizational skills, analytical and synthesis abilities
- Excellent writing skills
