Become a Data Engineer and turn data into performance drivers: develop pipelines, optimize architecture, and deliver key insights for the business!
Responsibilities
- They must work on data architecture, structure, and flows, in line with the company's goals and directions:
- Define and implement data pipeline solutions.
- Identify and implement relevant data storage and transformation solutions.
- Gather and analyze data relevant to the company.
- Build efficient and performant algorithms to make data accessible.
- Ensure scalability and optimization of data architecture components.
- Create dashboards that are tailored to make results readable and usable by all business units.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices on data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., data collection and transformation, processing platforms, experimentation, etc.).
- Design, create, and implement a Big Data environment for the company.
- Develop a Data-Driven strategy for the company’s data analysis and management.
- Ensure the company’s data availability and replicability in collaboration with other IT teams.
- Ensure the delivery of data for the company’s reporting activities.
- Write reports and analyses for other business processes to support decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and consistency.
- Benchmark the company’s data against industry standards and competitors.
- Develop synergies to improve the performance of the company’s analysis tools.
- Set objectives for team members and monitor their work progress.
- Make necessary corrections to ensure the reliability of the results.
- Ensure ethical use of data and studies.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with various regulations (GDPR, ISO, SOC).
Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or engineering school, specializing in computer science, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or Big Data.
- Proficiency in data technologies, particularly: Python, SQL, databases, cloud services, data visualization.
- Knowledge of the following languages would be a plus: R.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong analytical mindset.
