What will you do?
Reporting to the People & Culture Department, you will ensure the reliability, legal compliance, and operational efficiency of personnel administration, payroll, and HR data. As a true pillar of the department, you will ensure optimal management of the employee lifecycle and provide key analytical support for the strategic steering of the HR function.
Responsibilities

Human Resources Management & Labor-Management Dialogue:
- Monitor employee onboarding, transfers, contract changes, and departures.
- Ensure that contracts and administrative documents comply with regulations and that labor laws are strictly observed.
- Coordinate relations with social security and health agencies, the Labor Inspectorate, government authorities (visas/permits), and the relevant courts.
- Lead social dialogue with employee representatives.
- Payroll Management:
- Manage and ensure the security of the monthly payroll process (variable components, consistency checks, filings)
- Identify and correct payroll discrepancies as part of a continuous improvement process.
- Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
- Produce reliable HR metrics to support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and senior management in their analyses and action plans.
- Formalize, secure, and digitize administrative and payroll procedures.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure the confidentiality of employee data.
Profile
- Minimum 3-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll (experience in a high-volume environment is a definite plus).

Solid understanding of Malagasy labor law, social and health obligations, and procedures involving the Labor Inspectorate and other authorities.
- Proficiency in payroll processes, HRIS/computerized HR tools, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of visa and work permit procedures
- Attention to detail, absolute confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and responsiveness.
